BATHROOM – NIGHTNELSON (mid-40s) stands before the mirror, staring at his reflection. He splashes water on his face, frustration in his eyes.Cut to Nelson lying in bed next to his wife, TOLA, both facing opposite directions. A heavy silence fills the room.A flashback shows Nelson in his younger days, laughing with friends in a bar, flirting with multiple women.Alone in his car, he scrolls through his phone, stops at Pastor Olu’s contact, hesitates, then dials.CUT TO: “Four days later…”🎬 INT. PASTOR OLU’S OFFICE – DAYThe office is bright, with LED lights reflecting off the polished brown desk. Pastor Olu, dressed sharply in a suit, sits with an open Bible before him. Nelson enters, looking anxious.PASTOR OLU(smiling gently)Hello, Brother Nelson, please come in and make yourself comfortable. You look troubled. Why not take it easy on yourself?NELSON(sits, fidgeting)Man of God… something is wrong with me. In fact, I am in a very big embarrassing situation right now… PASTOR OLUBrother Nelson, can you please slow down, and talk to me in a way that I'll understand? That's the only way we can make a headway here.NELSONTo cut the long story short, sir… I can no longer perform in bed with my wife anymore. This thing started suddenly. My wife has been crying because we have no child yet. I’m embarrassed, ashamed. I suspect my village people sir.PASTOR OLUI see. Well, I think I agree with you that this is a sensitive case. But you don't have to put any blame on your village people yet… You have taken the right step by seeking help. Remember — there is no shame in seeking help… Please bow your head, let us pray.Pastor Olu places a hand on Nelson’s shoulder, praying softly in tongues. In less than a minute, his expression changes as discernment comes.PASTOR OLUBrother Nelson, you have made a lot of dirty mistakes in your life. The Lord is showing me your past... and, sorry to say, it is filled with sexual impurity — reckless relationships with young women who were not your wife. These things can open doors to affliction for a man.NELSON(eyes down) Yes, Pastor. Let me not lie, I frolicked with a lot of these so-called Social Media ladies before I got married… and even sometimes after, in the early years. But I've stopped. I thought it was just the past.PASTOR OLUYes, God forgives. But the demonic spirits controlling some of those ladies you were messing around with must be cut off from you… Spiritually, those doors must be closed completely before you can be truly free from your past. And how do you do this? Live in purity. Keep your body holy. And care for your health. I will pray a deliverance prayer for you, but I also advise you to see a doctor next week — to confirm if any progress.Pastor Olu prays with authority, rebuking every spirit of infirmity, declaring healing and restoration. After the prayer, Nelson exhales deeply, tears in his eyes.NELSONThank you, Pastor. I believe that God will use your prayer to deliver me completely.PASTOR OLUAll will be well, by the mercies of God. God has healed me.Pastor Olu smiles knowingly.TOLA(blushing)I'm happy to finally meet you, Pastor Olu. May the Lord bless you richly for what you have done for my husband and I. We are grateful sir.PASTOR OLU (Final words)Brethren, when doctors say ‘impossible,’ our God says ‘it is done.’ Today, both of you stand as a living testimony that the power of Jesus can break any yoke. BEDROOM – NIGHTCHIOMA (early 30s) sits on the edge of her bed, clutching a pillow. Her eyes are swollen from crying. Her husband, EMEKA, walks in quietly, avoiding eye contact, removes his shirt and lies down without saying a word.Flashback shows Emeka at a family meeting, hesitantly saying: EMEKA (V.O.) "I know it sounds wrong… but after seven years, maybe we should consider a second wife — I need a child and I don't think anyone can blame me for desiring a worthy successor."Chioma runs into the bathroom, sobbing uncontrollably.🎬 INT. CHURCH SERVICE – SUNDAY MORNINGChioma stands during worship, tears flowing as she joins the choir to sing: “You are the God that healeth me…”Moments later, Chioma sits down and sends a text to Pastor Olu: TEXT: “Sir, I need to see you. Alone. It’s urgent. Please.”🎬 INT. PASTOR OLU’S OFFICE – DAYA peaceful, elegant office. Chioma sits across from Pastor Olu with teary eyes.PASTOR OLU(standing, smiling warmly)Sister Chioma, you sounded serious in the message you sent to me. Please have a seat. She sits. Her hands tremble slightly.CHIOMA(voice shaky)Thank you, daddy… But I am tired. I don't know what to do anymore, I didn’t know who else to talk to.PASTOR OLUYou’re not alone. Please, speak freely.CHIOMA(She pauses, takes a deep breath.)Sir… It’s been over seven years since I got married. But guess what, no child. Not even a one-month pregnancy at least to prove that I am fertile. We’ve done all the tests. Nothing is medically wrong with me… Just two weeks ago, my husband said he's fed up… he… he suggested taking another wife. At this point sir, I feel useless. Betrayed. Empty.PASTOR OLU(gently)I’m sorry, Sister CHIOMA, for all that you've gone through. And the way your husband is acting lately, from what you just told me, has pierced your heart greatly. She nods, tears falling.CHIOMAMan of God, I serve in more than two departments in this Church. I fast, I give, I pray. I may have made some mistakes in the past as a young lady, but… I’ve begged God. I've asked for His mercy. So what exactly is wrong with me?PASTOR OLUSister Chioma, I want you to believe that all will be well. The Lord sees your efforts and, indeed, He rewards faithfulness. But sometimes, the issue of the ‘womb’ is more spiritual than physical. And it could also be that there are secret matters that God wants you to address first. He opens his Bible.Let us read First Samuel chapter 1 verse 10 to 11: "And she was in bitterness of soul, and prayed unto the Lord, and wept sore…"Hannah’s pain drove her to surrender — not just for a child, but for full alignment with God's will.CHIOMADaddy, are you saying… maybe there is something wrong with my heart?PASTOR OLUNot wrong, but wounded. And when the heart holds pain, bitterness, or malice for too long, it can block the flow of ‘divine frequency’.As you were speaking, it was revealed to me in a clear vision just now that you have grudges against your husband and, if not that you're a child of God, this grudge can force you to do something terrible that will make you end up in Hell Fire when you eventually leave this world by physical death… Sister Chioma, can you forgiven your husband?CHIOMA(hesitates)Sir, I… I don’t want to talk about that side. My husband has really hurt me… and the best way for me to answer him is to get pregnant and have a child as soon as possible. How can I forgive him when I don't have what is making him to disrespect me?PASTOR OLUMy dear, you can't dictate to God. You have to start with surrender first, I mean total surrender to the voice of God. Go on your knees this night when you get home, and cry before the Lord, telling Him you have forgiven your husband and any other person that must have hurt you in one way or the other. Let God feel your sincerity and he will soften your heart. After this is done, He will do that which you are looking up to Him for.He stands up and hold her hands gently.PASTOR OLU (CONT’D)You can start now. Please open up your heart and let me pray for you — a prayer for healing, for forgiveness, and for fruitfulness.(Soft strings play as Pastor Olu prays deeply for Sister Chioma)PASTOR OLU (PRAYER)Heavenly Father, I bring the situation of this Your daughter before You this hour in the name of Jesus Christ. Please Lord, look beyond her inadequacies and human tendencies. Just the way You opened Sarah’s womb; You remembered Hannah; and gave life to barren lands... Let Your mercy flow upon Sister Chioma right now. Heal her heart o Lord. Rebuild trust in her home… And by the authority You gave to me as Your Apostle, I decree that her womb will carry life before the end of this year (Amen!)... I cast out any spirit of delay. I terminate the spirit of shame. And I ask that a garment of honour be placed on her from this day henceforth, in Jesus’ precious name I pray (Amen!)...Chioma sobs, a weight visibly lifted.🎞️ MONTAGE – [After Counseling]INT. CHURCH – TESTIMONY TIME Chioma, now visibly pregnant, stands before the congregation. She speaks, excitement in her voice:CHIOMA“The God who remembers Hannah… has remembered me.”CUT TO: PASTOR OLU eyes closed in prayerful thanks.🎬 INT. PASTOR OLU’S OFFICE (10 MONTHS LATER)Pastor Olu receives Sister Chioma, her husband and their newly born twin babies - a boy and a girl - in his elegant office.PASTOR OLUSister Chioma and Brother Emeka, we thank God that your 'situation' has ended in praise. Like I said during my sermon, some wounds are deeper than the skin — they’re rooted in the soul. No Turning Back Movie — Episode 2 🎬
In the heart of Lagos, where chaos dances with dreams, lies a quiet compound of six flats. Ordinary to the eye observing from across the street… but extraordinary for two souls who refuse to bow to compromise — Amaka and Adeleke.Episode title: HEAT IN THE OFFICEWritten by Olu FamousThe story continues... FADE IN:EXT. COMPOUND – SATURDAY NIGHT(Gentle night breeze, distant generator hum, chirping crickets)CAMERA DIRECTION:Wide shot of the compound at dusk. Some windows lit with warm yellow light. Slowly tilt up to reveal Amaka on her balcony, quietly reading her Bible.Cut to main entrance — Adeleke enters through the gate, holding a small bag of groceries.ADELEKE (smiling at her):Preparing your sermon for Sunday school again?AMAKA (smiling warmly):You know me. The Word never runs dry. They both chuckle lightly.CAMERA ZOOMS OUT:Soft lens flare from a streetlight nearby. Unknown to them, eyes are watching from behind slightly opened curtains.VOICE OVER (V.O.):Inquisitive neighbors watch every move of these two righteous souls. To some, they are simply… too perfect for comfort.INT. MAMA PEACE’S ROOM – NIGHT(Ceiling fan humming, kettle whistling, muffled street chatter)CAMERA DIRECTION:Medium shot: Mama Peace and Mrs. Jibola seated side by side, sipping tea from mismatched mugs.MAMA PEACE (lowering her voice):I tell you, my sister, they must be secretly dating — or even doing that thing. Just imagine, two unmarried people, always smiling at each other. After they’ll be claiming holy holy.MRS. JIBOLA (frowning):I don’t think it’s right for you to jump to such conclusions. I heard the Madam Judge is a Sunday School teacher — and their church is like Deeper Life. They run from fornication to save their souls from Hell fire.MAMA PEACE (shrugs):Abeg, leave that thing. Who are they fooling?MRS. JIBOLA (sharply):Please watch your mouth o! Don’t sin against God o. If Officer Adeleke and Justice Amaka are truly holy before God, better don’t use your mouth to attract curses on yourself — and your innocent children.CAMERA ZOOMS IN on Mama Peace, who now sits silently, lips pressed tight.🎞️ MONTAGE SCENE (Music: Emotional piano & ambient strings)Amaka, still on the balcony, kneels beside her Bible, praying silently under the moonlight.Adeleke, alone in his room, reading Psalms from a neat Bible while instrumental worship plays faintly from his phone.Their neighbors: Mama Peace closes her window slowly, troubled.A passing boy, perhaps 10 years old, glances at Amaka and Adeleke from the gate, his eyes filled with admiration.NARRATION (V.O.):Sometimes, if a light shines too bright it attracts suspicion. But if it stays lit, it pierces even the thickest darkness.TRANSITION:Crossfade into the church interior.INT. CHURCH – SUNDAY MORNING(Worship music fading into quiet reverence)CAMERA DIRECTION: Wide interior shot of church. The message has just ended. Pastor Olu walks forward with a sober expression.PASTOR OLU (firm and calm):Please pay attention, brothers and sisters. The good deeds of two people in our midst have come to my knowledge. They are Sister Amaka and Brother Adeleke — true ambassadors of Jesus Christ.CUT TO: Amaka and Adeleke sitting separately, suddenly alert.PASTOR OLU (CONT’D):I heard that someone in this church even tried to buy them — to corrupt them. But they stood firm. As a matter of fact, only recently, I had a positive vision about the two of them — they are candidates of Heaven. Our Lord Jesus Christ is pleased with them.CONGREGATION:“Amen!” (emotional applause)CAMERA ZOOMS IN:Amaka and Adeleke stand in appreciation as they exchange humble, surprised glances.VOICE OVER (V.O.):A rising light, when it shines too bright, invites suspicion and attacks. But it also awakens the dying conscience of others… if it endures.INT. POLICE STATION – MONDAY AFTERNOON(Low office chatter, door closing, papers flipping)CAMERA DIRECTION:A young man (early 20s) sits in handcuffs, sobbing. His mother, Mrs. Danladi, pleads with Officer Adeleke across the desk.MRS. DANLADI (begging):Please, Supol Adeleke, this boy is my only son. I heard about what he did. It was just a small burglary. Kindly take this small envelope — please help us and release him to him. He won't do it again. She places a wrapped package (bribe) on the table.ADELEKE (quiet but firm):Madam, I sympathize with you. But as a child of God I can't help you to pervert justice. If I join other corrupt people to cover evil as you want me to do, very soon our society will descend into anarchy. And when that happens, everyone will be in trouble.CAMERA ZOOM:He pushes the bribe aside, expression unflinching.ADELEKE (CONT’D):Know this and know peace: if you do the crime, it is justifiable for you to do the time.INT. AMAKA’S CHAMBERS – TUESDAY(Courtroom silence, footsteps echoing in corridor)CAMERA DIRECTION:Amaka walks into her chambers, still in her judicial robe. Justice Enebeli, older and more flamboyant, follows behind.JUSTICE ENEBELI (casual, cold):Justice Amaka, I have come to talk to you as your senior here. This your so-called holy holy attitude is beginning to make the rest of us look bad. You have to ease up o. Join the brown envelope game and make life easy for all of us in this court.AMAKA (removing her robe, calm but stern):Sorry to disappoint you, sir. I wasn’t called to the Nigerian bar just to please men and join in the sinful act of bribery and corruption. My conscience cannot be bought.(Camera Zoom-in on her face)As a faithful follower of Jesus Christ… I do my job with the awareness that I serve a higher Judge — the Almighty God.NARRATION (V.O.):One principle. Two flames. Burning in righteousness. Many more would try to snuff them out… but will they succeed? We'll see.Watch The highlights ⤵️See Other Episodes > HEREIf you'd love to produce this film,Contact > OLU FAMOUS
