Uche Montana in Emmy Kasbit Is Workwear Inspiration, the Nigerian Way
Who says office dressing has to be predictable? Uche Montana‘s latest look is a reminder that tailoring can feel sharp, contemporary and rooted in Nigerian design all at once. Stepping out in an ivory Emmy Kasbit suit, the actor reimagines classic power dressing with clean lines, structured shoulders and wide-leg trousers that create an elegant silhouette. Instead of a shirt, she wears the blazer on its own, giving the look a confident, modern edge. What sets the outfit apart is the handwoven Aso Oke panel wrapped around the waist like a cummerbund. In rich shades of purple, orange and gold, it introduces colour, texture and craftsmanship without overwhelming the clean tailoring. It’s a subtle but effective way of incorporating a traditional Nigerian textile into a contemporary wardrobe. She finishes the look with a bold red clutch that adds contrast, gold earrings and minimal jewellery, while her soft glam makeup and curly updo keep the styling polished.   View this post on Instagram   A post shared by BellaNaija Style (@bellanaijastyle) The post Uche Montana in Emmy Kasbit Is Workwear Inspiration, the Nigerian Way appeared first on BN Style.

Super Falcons Star Michelle Alozie’s Y2K Style Is One for the Books
If there’s one footballer whose off-duty wardrobe deserves a spot on your mood board, it’s Michelle Alozie. While she keeps things simple on the pitch, her personal style leans heavily into the Y2K aesthetic, serving nostalgic fashion moments with a sporty, effortless edge. These three looks are proof that she knows exactly how to make early 2000s trends feel fresh. Think baby tees, low-rise bottoms, oversized outerwear and those signature slim sunglasses that instantly transport you back to the era.   View this post on Instagram   A post shared by BellaNaija Style (@bellanaijastyle) In the first look, Alozie pairs a white bandeau top with relaxed pinstripe jeans, layering on an oversized varsity jacket and a black beret. The tiny sunglasses complete the outfit, giving it that cool, model-off-duty energy that defined Y2K street style. The second outfit is a lesson in elevated basics. A fitted ruched white tee meets low-rise black jeans, finished with a statement logo belt peeking through the waistband. It’s understated but still unmistakably inspired by the fashion of the early 2000s. Then there’s the third look, where she combines a white crop top with a black mini skirt and an oversized zip-up hoodie worn off […] The post Super Falcons Star Michelle Alozie’s Y2K Style Is One for the Books appeared first on BN Style.

The Super Falcons Arrived in Rabat Wearing Coordinated Adire Jalabiyas
The Super Falcons have touched down in Rabat ahead of the 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations, and their arrival look was a reminder that team style can be just as impactful as matchday kits. Dressed in coordinated green and white Adire jalabiyas, the squad stepped out in relaxed silhouettes featuring bold tie-dye motifs and statement embroidery running down the front. The intricate embroidered panels added structure and detail to the otherwise easy, flowing pieces, giving the traditional garments a polished finish. The players completed the look with matching headscarves tied in a fila-inspired style, while sunglasses, simple jewellery and watches added subtle personal touches. Though each player styled the outfit slightly differently, the coordinated ensembles created a unified look that felt intentional without being overly formal. Travel dressing is often about comfort, but the Super Falcons showed it doesn’t have to come at the expense of style. Their choice of Adire not only highlighted one of Nigeria’s most recognisable textiles but also brought a distinctly Nigerian identity to their arrival ahead of one of Africa’s biggest football tournaments. If this is the energy they’re bringing before the tournament begins, we’re looking forward to seeing what else the Super Falcons […] The post The Super Falcons Arrived in Rabat Wearing Coordinated Adire Jalabiyas appeared first on BN Style.

6 Style Staples We Think Are Worth Your Money
If your wardrobe could talk, it would probably beg you to stop buying pieces you’ll wear once and start investing in the ones you’ll reach for on repeat. The real MVPs of a stylish closet aren’t always the loudest or trendiest. They’re the jeans that fit like they were made for you, the bag that makes every outfit look expensive, and the dress that gets you out the door in five minutes. These are the fashion buys that earn their keep, delivering style, versatility and serious cost-per-wear every single time. Quality Jeans Cut and fabric weight make or break how an outfit hangs. Cheap denim loses shape by week two, but good denim keeps its structure for years. The ultimate cost-per-wear investment, they’re the base layer for probably 70% of your outfits.   View this post on Instagram   A post shared by Diana Eneje (@diana_eneje) Silk Scarves One piece works five ways, as a necktie, hair accessory, bag charm, belt, or even a top on its own.
